Chris Dawson Trial
The class will be split into prosecution and defence.
The PROSECUTION'S job is to prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt.
The DEFENCE'S job is to raise doubt.
The prosecution and defence team will have to:
- make a list of their pieces of evidence
- make a list of their witnesses (members of the team have to elect to be the witnesses)
- make a list of questions that they will ask their witness (witnesses have to know and practice responses)
- make a list of cross-examination questions that they will ask the other side's witness
- make opening arguments and closing arguments that establish their line of argument
